Salem Sluggers × CYOJ Hit Lab Membership

1. Waiver required

Every athlete must have a current CYOJ Hit Lab Athlete Waiver on file before using a cage, pitching machine, training technology, or other facility equipment.

2. Reservations and availability

Individual cage time must be reserved through CYOJ’s current booking process.
Membership access is subject to facility hours, scheduled programs, team practices, maintenance, and availability.
Reservations apply only to the enrolled athlete and may not be transferred or shared.
Members must begin and end within the reserved time so the next athlete can use the space.

3. Equipment and training technology

Follow all posted instructions and staff directions before using equipment.
Use only the cage, machine, technology, balls, and settings approved for the session.
Do not adjust, move, or operate pitching machines or training technology without authorization.
Report damaged, loose, or malfunctioning equipment immediately and stop using it.

4. Safety and conduct

Stay outside an active cage unless participating in or supervising the reserved session.
Do not swing a bat outside designated training areas.
Use appropriate protective equipment and follow age-appropriate supervision requirements communicated by CYOJ staff.
Water is permitted in designated areas. Keep food, gum, and open beverages away from turf and equipment.
Treat athletes, families, coaches, staff, equipment, and the facility respectfully.
Unsafe conduct, harassment, intentional damage, or refusal to follow staff instructions may result in removal or suspension, subject to the Membership Agreement and applicable law.

5. Team practices

Salem Sluggers determines team-practice attendance, coaching assignments, drills, and schedules. A team practice is not an individual cage reservation, and an individual reservation does not change the team-practice schedule.
