Membership Cancellation

What to include

  • Parent or legal guardian’s name.
  • Enrolled Salem Sluggers player’s name.
  • Email address used during Stripe checkout.
  • A clear statement that you want to cancel or stop automatic renewal.
  • The requested cancellation date, if applicable.

Do not include a card number, bank-account number, or other payment credentials.

Renewal timing

To prevent the July 1, 2027 automatic renewal charge, written notice must be received by June 1, 2027.

After renewal begins, cancellation becomes effective 30 days after written notice is received. Charges scheduled before the effective date may still be processed, and access continues through the last paid billing period.

Initial-term and legal cancellation rights

Except for cancellation rights required by law, the $800 initial commitment remains due. The Membership Agreement explains the three-business-day cancellation period and other circumstances in which applicable law may provide cancellation and refund rights.
